When I saw this dress go up on my favorite online boutique a few months ago, I knew I needed this fun piece in my closet. The bright tie dye really adds a fun pop of color to any rainy day. I decided to pair it with my favorite Tory Burch wedges and some bold Kendra Scott Skylar earrings. To finish the rainbow look, I added some bright lips with the Revlon Colorburst matte balm stain in the shade ‘Sweetheart Valentine’. It’s that perfect fuchsia shade that really works for any summer outfit. The matte balm stain is super pigmented and long lasting; I’ve been loving it this month!
